1. Definitions and Interpretation

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "d999" or "Platform" — The d999.mom website and all digital services under it.
• "Member" or "User" — A person who has registered on d999 and is using its services.
• "Account" — A member's personal registered profile.
• "Real Money" — Actual monetary bets or transactions conducted in Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits or benefits provided by d999.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount of bets to be placed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" — All gaming services provided by d999, including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

d999 services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You may not hold more than one account — only one account per person is allowed.
• You may not be an employee of d999 or a close relative of one.

d999 may request identity documents at any time for age verification. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on d999 are conducted in a secure and transparent manner.

4.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits made through a third party or in someone else's name are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• If KYC verification has not been completed, withdrawal processing may be delayed.

4.3 About Rocket

Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking wallet. It can be used on d999 with the same benefits as bKash and Nagad.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

d999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms. The general bonus policy is as follows:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• You must wager 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 in wagers required before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member may use each promotion only once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• d999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse (arbitrage, multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus may be forfeited.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules are mandatory when placing bets and playing games on d999:

6.1 Bet Validity

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• d999 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, d999's own settlement policy will apply.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Participation in match fixing or any form of dishonest activity is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence is prohibited.
• Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds are strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse is prohibited.

6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

Settlement of bets in cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports markets will be based on the official result of the event.

7. VIP Program Terms

d999's VIP Program has three tiers, with each tier offering weekly cashback and special benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement is determined based on a member's activity and contribution on the platform. d999 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

8. Responsible Gaming
